The Foundation's textiles collection is made up of embroidery and lace produced by the young women of
the Pischiello Embroidery School (at Passignano sul Trasimeno) founded by Romeyne Robert Ranieri di Sorbello. This Embroidery School was active from 1904 to 1934.
The collection also includes works produced by other Umbrian and Tuscan schools of the same period and a selection of fabrics, carpets, antique embroidery and some costumes from the 18th and 19th centuries, most of which come from the Palazzo Sorbello.
