Registered with the Association of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts (No. 1184/A since April 24, 2013) and with the Register of Statutory Auditors by Ministerial Decree of March 26, 2015 (No. 174496). She also serves as a Teaching Assistant in Commercial Law at the University of Perugia.
A graduate of Bocconi University in Milan, she first gained five years of corporate experience as a Junior Manager before starting her own professional practice. Her areas of expertise include insolvency procedures, corporate law, and tax law. She currently holds positions as a member of Boards of Directors and as Statutory Auditor in private companies, as well as serving as a Technical Consultant to the Court. Since November 23, 2023, she has been a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of the Fondazione Ranieri di Sorbello, which, by resolution of the Board of Directors on the same date, amended its Statute in compliance with the provisions for Third Sector Entities (ETS).
